We train with purpose, compete with discipline, and hold our players accountable on and off the field. At AZ Ninjas FC, development comes first. We focus on technical ability, game awareness, confidence, and the habits players need to compete at a higher level. From our Academy to our Competitive teams, every player is challenged to grow, work for their teammates, and take pride in representing AZ Ninjas FC.
Meet the coach
Coach Tony founded AZ Ninjas FC after years of coaching youth soccer and seeing firsthand how much the right environment can impact a young player. His approach is simple: teach the game, challenge players to get better, and hold them accountable while making sure they still love playing soccer.
For Coach Tony development is about more than wins and losses. It’s about building confident players who understand the game, compete for each other, respond to adversity, and carry those lessons with them beyond the field.
AZ Ninjas FC was built around that philosophy: develop the player, build the person, and let the results follow.

Meet the coach
Coach Trish brings a lifelong love of soccer to AZ Ninjas FC. She played throughout her youth and continued playing overseas while serving in the U.S. Army. Her experiences with the game are something she now has the opportunity to share with the next generation of players.
She believes soccer is more than a sport. It gives kids an opportunity to build confidence, develop communication skills, and create lasting connections within a supportive community.
Her goal is to help every player reach their potential both on and off the field while continuing to develop their own love for the game.
For Coach Trish, it’s about the confidence, connections, and community that come from being part of a team.
